Can this towel rack be turned on/off at a fixed time every day?

Sorry,it can not be turned On/Off regularly. The Electronic model has a timer with options of 2h, 4h, 6h and 10h to adjust the working time.And the mechanical one can be hardwired with thermostat for programming.
